Project management is a highly structured process at AGA. Our project management staff has a wide range of experience on complex projects. We understand the dynamics of major projects and the logistical challenges involved in the construction process.
Our project managers are committed to driving a project forward, with quality and schedule as their very highest priority. Utilizing a series of reporting methods, internal meetings are held on an ongoing basis for each project to review schedules, engineering status, submittal approvals, manufacturing status, field logistics and man-loading requirements.
Our suppliers play a key role, participating in the planning and scheduling aspects of the project to meet milestone dates.
