On behalf of the safety team, we are honored to announce the Rick Medinas Memorial Safety Excellence Award recognizing team members for their outstanding dedication to safety and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment at AGA.
Rick Medinas built what we know today as our safety program. Through education, investment in top-of-the-line equipment and most importantly love and care for every single person in our shop, field and offices, we continue his legacy of excellence in safety so each day our people can return home safely to their families.

On April 24, 2025, we recognized our inaugural Rick Medinas Memorial Safety Excellence award winner, Tim Durbin. Tim goes above and beyond each day to keep himself and others safe on the jobsite. He is proactive when it comes to identifying hazards and excels in communicating risks, new safety procedures and friendly safety reminders.
Safety at AGA is about being proactive, looking out for one another and making sure everyone goes home safely to their families at the end of the day.
